I did once. As a rookie.
My mentor emptied his mag into the mixed group I was warning off then smacked me around until I was seeing stars! And rightly so.
On checking, ‘the unarmed males’ had short Ak’s, close harness, and a Beretta tomcat.
The women? Both had hip belts.
About a kilo of what smelt like PE but he said home brew, palm initiators.
After that I learned.
If you point a weapon and the other person won’t back down, or follow your orders, use it.
